The preview for blueprints which contain assembly machines that consume/produce a fluid renders both a fluid nput *and* a fluid output on these assembly machines, instead of just the appropriate input or output.
For example, the preview on the right is for a new blueprint created from the layout on the left. Note the fluid input/outputs on the left compared to the blueprint preview, which shows all fluid assembly machines having both in and output connections.
In my opinion this is a very minor issue.
I tested but did not notice any issues with chemical plants or refineries. I did not test other building types.
Incidentally, T-joints are not rendered in pipes where they connect to assembly machines either (I only noticed while typing this post).
