[0.17.79] German players count online translation broken

Thanks for the report. It looks like the locale for German is broken for that specific translation. The locale is supposed to have "(__1__)" but someone has changed it to "(_1_)" and so it isn't picked up by the game logic and ends up broken.

Someone on the locale website will need to submit a fix. I'm moving this to the locale subforums.
