Ya I noticed that also, looks like changing the factorio version to 0.17.35 was causing the issue. I think something went a little weird with the latest update's migration (I went from FactorioExtended-Equipment 0.2.1 to 0.2.3).
First up the power-armor-3 tech was removed as part of the base game's change to the mk nomenclature, so I have to research it again even though I'm wearing the mk3. Would it be possible to grant the new named technology if the player had previously researched the old one?
Second, my migrated save (0.17.34 -> 0.17.36) encountered an error when attempting to launch the Ghost Train tutorial (which apparently applies all mod migration scripts):

You can revert to version 17.66 (instead of "Latest") in your steam settings if you want to load up your game in the mean time.

There's a pull request "MK2 Laser Turret fix #7" on your git for FactorioExtended-Plus-Weaponry which fixes the mk2 Laser Turret where the range and max_length do not match.

Lab MK1, Lab MK2, and lab MK3 seem to have the same 'speed' as listed in the hover tool tips once built.... not sure if this is intended and the bonus is from the extra module slots or if they are also intended to have a higher 'crafting speed'

That was an in-game bug with "0.17" .. reported here viewtopic.php?f=182&t=79927
Within 0.18 this has been fixed and the research speed has been correctly displayed in the hover tool tips.

I just installed the latest version of the ExtendedPlus mods and discovered that the range of the Mk3 substations is now the same as the Mk2 substation. I assume this is a bug? If not, what's the point of the Mk3 substation now?
