Login/Ingame Username Question

I have the game since 2014 and I already have changed my username in 2017/2018 (I forgot when) but now I use a different username that I can't have ingame since you can only change it once . So I want to know if there is any ways to change your ingame username but keeping the same login name and why you can only change it once . It's not a really big deal but that's something that has been quite infuriating, to me, for a long time now . (My factorio.com name is griffondeur)

You can only change it once because otherwise ban-lists would be pointless.
You can use whatever name you want on servers that do not require user authentication.
You can email support@factorio.com for an additional name change if you have a good reason for needing one.
