[0.17.79] Incorrect pump tooltip when pumping directly from offshore pump to fluid wagon.

When loading a fluid wagon with water directly from an offshore pump, the electrical pump incorrectly shows 2400 u/s as it's pumping speed. The offshore pump continues to show it's speed of 1200 u/s. Both of them cannot be correct, so I timed it, and got results consistent with 1200 u/s being the actual transfer speed, contradicting the information provided by the tooltip.

Thanks for report. It is now fixed for next release. It became broken after 77656 fix (opposite case)

Does the fix applied also fix the doubled power consumption for the pump, which can put consumption over its 30kW "limit"?

This topic is only about tooltip while other goes into more details like power consumption. Fixing tooltip was easy. Energy when pumping fluid to fluid wagon is not easy since there are in fact 2 pump operations: first is to take as much fluid from FB connected to pump input, this consumes energy, and second is to give as much fluid to connected fluid wagon and this also consumes energy. In regular case and pumping out of fluid wagon, fluid flow from pumps output goes by standard fluids flow rules and does not consume energy. I consider energy issue to be minor/wont fix
