[0.17.79] [macOS] Touch bar escape is sometimes not responsive

It's hard to quantify exactly what's happening here, but I'll see what I can do.

I have a 2016 MPB with the touchbar, which has the 'esc' key there as well. In Factorio, *sometimes* the esc key doesn't work, specifically to close inventory and detail dialogs in-game. Eventually it works, but it's pretty frequently the case that it does not.

Once all dialogs are closed, esc reliably opens up the game menu, so it ... doesn't *seem* to be something in the keyboard itself? I haven't observed any issues with the touchbar esc in any other applications, only in this specific aspect of Factorio.
