Hello, it looks to me like you don't have graphics driver installed. (Also you need DirectX 10 compatible GPU to be able to play 0.17; I don't know what GPU you have, just mentioning it since you have old CPU)

However, I don't know why it crashed. The crashlog doesn't make any sense. Something might be wrong with your Windows installation.

So you have generic VGA driver provided by Windows, but thats just basic driver that allows Windows to draw itself onto a screen. To play games, you need actual driver for your specific nVidia or AMD GPU.
