Dear Tomas,

By now the issue should have cleared up. There was some network caching that was causing some users to experience intermittent results after we had rectified the issue in conjunction with our provider. If you hear that it is not the case after 22:30 hours GMT, then please let us know and we will continue to pursue it with the network provider.

Not sure whether 22:30 reffers to yesterday (4 hours ago) or today (in the future). However if you guys experience any problems after this point in time (probably the latter then) make sure to post it here so we are aware of it and can make steps to resolve that.

I own an uptime service and signed up Factorio.com the other day when this thread was started. Site seems to be up except a few times on the 14th.
These are pacific times.

Great thanks for that rymn. I am using a free version of the New Relic monitoring so I get emails whenever the site is down from their PoV, but it always helps to have a double check

The server at www.factorio.com can't be found, because the DNS lookup failed.

I've tried from two computers, Linux and Windows, with Chromium and Firefox, so it's not he computer but the wifi i'm connecting with. I have no control over the wifi, i can only connect to it. Everything was fine a few days ago. Every others websites are ok, only factorio.com not working.

If you can provide me an alternative"official" link to download the game, please do (the .deb version) thanks.

Ok, this is getting sort of nightmarish. Sent another email to the DNS provider and started actually considering other options.

The download link for the alpha doesn't work for me. The links for the newer demo seem to be the only ones that work.
