When i direct a mouse on train througe the minimap, some lower piece of tooltip is hiding beyond of edge of monitor, and i cant see it

I'm afraid russian is a tricky language. There should be plenty of space, but in your case, the technology uses 2 lines, the description is long, almost every property line is just a bit too long, and you are at the minimum supported resolution. So it's quite an edge case.

So I will consider it a minor issue for now. But I will keep it in mind if we will tweak the main ui.

May I suggest a workaround in the meantime?

The UI can be scaled by pressing CTRL and + or - on the numeric keypad enabling you to see the whole tooltip. It will make the text harder to read as it gets smaller, so isn't ideal.

Another workaround, as an advanced player you can also disable descriptions, leaving you with plenty of space.
