Here is 1 example of when i'm trying to drop blueprint in but i can't:
There's this massive gray background but none of that is interactible. The spot i'm trying to drop on happens to be in an area of another blueprint so it won't, and only acceptable places are near that arrow and few pixels on the far right edge. This is really unintuitive use of a UI that i simply can't agree working the way it should.
A second more minor issue is that there is the second "dragging bar" that has no purpose or function inside the blueprint book frame. I can't drop blueprints in that location either.

From what I recall when it was introduced, that "dragging bar" is not a dragging bar at all, but a visual indicator of "this space left intentionally blank" for header lines in the UI. It just also allows for a guaranteed safe place to click and drag for those elements that can be dragged.

I reported it as a bug because other similar "bug/suggestion" report about not seeing progression on cancelled research was suggested by dev to be reported as bug instead, because it was an oversight.
This is one of those issues that really stands out in the game as inconsistent with how smooth the UI use is overall, but it's even more a bug than the seeing research bar.
I mean you have to be a Gamer with big G to understand why the click is not working, why can't you drop the blueprint.

I don't deny the interface is particularly bad atm... But it's not a bug nonetheless.
I really hope the blueprint book interface (and the whole blueprint system) will get a huge amount of love from the devs, because it find it very clunky to use.
