Ignore list does not persist in 17.x

You cannot ignore players permanently - not sure how all of that works but it would be nice to have ignores saved to a local config that is capable of persisting throughout version updates.

Thanks for the report however this isn't a bug but a suggestion: the ignore list is in the save file. It has never not been in the save file. Moving to ideas and suggestions.

Thanks for the response. I think moving this to a more global/persistent configuration is a good idea. The players you want to ignore are generally not specific to individual games/saves, or even servers - they hop around. It can be frustrating to have to re-ignore the same people over and over every time a server restarts.

If /ignore is ephemeral by-design, there had ought to be a /permignore as well.
