[17.7.78] Artillery cannons have different name when damaged

When damaged, an Artillery cannon becomes an Artillery turret when viewing the tooltip.
The cannons also have the name Artillery turret in the sidebar when selected by holding the cannon or placing the cannon and hovering over.

The artillery cannon is the gun, which is shared between artillery turret and artillery train

I don't see any bug here
