[0.17.75] Chest Tooltips order

I just updated with the new version of the tooltips in 0.17.75, and the first thing I notice logging in is a problem that have been there forever.
Could we get the information above the content previsualisation on chests?
I you take a look at the video I sent with the post you'll understand.

Fast changing chest contents makes the tooltip flicker, and the chest information go up and down, making it illegible. I know in this case it's on a moded chest with moded input methods, but the problem remains on vanilla.
It also is the case on signal previsalisation, for example with wired poles (I can take a video of it too if needed)

I don't mind the previsalisation flickering in itself, it's a result of my build, but I think making it impossible to read the information beaneath is not good.

Thanks for the report however that's not a bug. That's just how they work.
