Comodo Internet Security isolated this version as untrusted (runs in in a sandbox) which causes Factorio to fail launching.

I noticed this version is not signed, probably it was the reason why application got isolated.

Snake oil companies generally outsource that work to the users though. If there's a false positive they expect someone to prove to them that it actually is. And they're not particularly friendly about it.
