Option to change the amount of maximum autosaves

Because sometimes it is fun to see how much you've progressed from 245 autosaves back.

It's already there. Open your config.ini and change autosave-slots to 245.

Well, that is good to know! Though having it available in the in-game settings couldn't hurt.

What is the highest amount of autosaves you can set it to? Is it 255 or something else?

I don't know what the limit is, but I know from experience that they can go above 3500.

I tried using this in 0.17.69, but it doesnt work anymore. I set the value of autosave-slots to 100, but still only have three autosave-slots.

Have you removed the ';' char at the beginning of the line ?
