[17.69] Vanilla GUI not on top

We are aware of them, but do not have solutions that don't cause other issues. They go here in order not to take space in the main bug thread list.

Hey,

the Vanilla GUI is not everytime on Top ;)

I don't know if these kinds of issues will ever really be "solved". I'm leaving them up to the other developers to stress over :) If I was to decide I would move them all into "won't fix".

Unless you can find a way to make this happen with base game GUIs, I don't think we will care
