[0.17.63] Save file fails to load (ElectricNetwork.cpp:463: this->statistics was not true)

This factory was made when the original 0.17 patch came out and all of a sudden will no longer load. The whole game crashes out.
I have a buddy who had a separate save file (we each save at the end of a session) and its the same issue on his pc.

Hello, would you happen to use cheat engine?

It seems like there is a electric network "leaked" by equipment grid, but Rseding and I were not able to figure out how it could have happened.
