This situation is really hard to fix, I will try to figure something out but right now it seems so complicated (requiring new routines for searching the fluid systems and figuring stuff out) that it would not be worth fixing. I have changed fluid mechanic though to prevent the exploit that mixing can be used for so there would be no motivation to do this.

Wow it made it through censorship!
I have added an automatic fix of fluid mixing when two systems with different fluid are connected.
That does not cover all potential fluid mixings, but it covers all of the ways mixing can be done that we know of now.
