[17.66] Crash on Startup - Swap Buffers Failed (Out of memory) (Util: 97)

What did you do?
Opened the game from steam, running latest ver. [17.66]

What happened?
Game crashed with an error message about swap buffers.

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!

Shouldn't be out of memory as far as I know, as I have 16gb ram (50% usage before open) and 4gb vram

This may be similar to another swap buffer error in known bugs (see link here), though this is on line 97 of Util, where the other error is on line 75

Hello, try to
1) Reboot your computer
2) Update NVidia graphics driver (for example: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverR ... 0302/en-us)
3) Update Intel graphics driver (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/downlo ... duct=97503)
