[0.17.66] Expgaming S3 desync

Desyncs in modded game will be ignored most of the time, until it is clearly proven that the desync is not caused by scripting.

[0.17.66] Expgaming S3 desync

Joined, desynced and so did the other player, reconnected to Expgaming S1 to see if it happened there (it didn't), rejoined Expgaming S3 and no desync.
