Specifically, enemies inside of a radar's range that is outside of pollution as well as far enough from the player to be in fog of war quickly become inactive.
Anything outside of the radar's constant range is still active, and will attack normally.

Bots continue to work, everything moves and does as it should, but any enemies, including enemy buildings (spawners/worms) inside the radar's constant range don't react. I have not tested loading in the chunk with a greatly ranged attack, such as an artillery shell.


What happened to make me realize this
In the 'Radar bug save.zip' I placed radars down and died. After respawning far enough away that fog of war should have covered the area, the enemies inside the radar range stopped completely, allowing the construction bots to work in peace. However, the enemies outside the radar's range continued to attack any buildings or bots as they could, only stopping once touching a radar's constant range.


What did I expect
I excpected to continue hearing alerts from the deaths of robots and buildings, but they suddenly stopped. When I checked to see what was going on, I noticed no enemy movement whatsoever.

*Select enemies have activated after 7 minutes of waiting (body @ 2min), select enemies have run past and around other enemies that are still inactive.


Steps to reproduce

Place powered radar within constant range of enemies/enemy bases
Move player entity far enough away that at fully zoomed out, bases are not visible

After fog of war is supposed to have set in fully, all enemies will no longer be operational. Issue being that fog of war is off for this section due to radar's constant range.

However many seconds it takes, once the player is out of range to view the specific part of the map, to be fully fog-of-war'd

What prevents the player from seeing parts of the map that they are not currently in or have radars to show them. Fog of war only shows the last viewed setup on the map.

Thanks for the report however this is working as intended. If it didn't work this way the game would lag out long before anything interesting could be done. Pollution is the primary factor for biters doing anything. Without it - they just shut down and wait for you to get close.
