Add infinity train wagons, and infinity chest logistics mode

In 0.17 we (gratefully) got the infinity pipe and heat interface. Now we have vanilla cheat sources for every kind of thing: items, fluids, electricity, and heat. This, combined with the map editor changes, significantly decreases the need for a dedicated creative mode mod (which has a substantial performance impact).

There are just two things that would complete the set: infinity cargo wagon and infinity fluid wagon. They would behave exactly like their stationary counterparts, but be, well, wagons on a train. This way you could test setups that pull from trains without having to do shenanigans with replacing the rails with infinity chests or infinity pipes.

Additionally, it would be fantastic if the infinity chest could optionally behave like a logistics chest. You could choose which type of chest it would be through the infinity chest UI. This would also greatly aid in testing things.

Bump. I implemented infinity cargo wagon and infinity fluid wagon in a mod, but it requires an on_tick that has a higher performance impact than I'd like. If these were implemented in vanilla, the performance would be much better!

Disregard the thing about infinity chest logistic modes, turns out that was already possible in the prototype stage.
