Can't start - failure to load base mod [fixed?]

Hi,
I have this error (see attached).
I have tried both of the 'disable mod' options, no joy.

Considering I have no mods installed, I do not know what else to post. There is no dump file for this, only the log and screenshot.

EDIT:
I did not think to re-download from steam cache >> that has fixed it.

I am not having a very good day.

Hello, try to open Factorio properties in Steam Library and use "Verify integrity of game files" function on Local Files tab.
