[0.10.10] Long entity name permanently enlarges sidebar

Steps to (easily) reproduce -

1. Make a train station and give it a really long name.
2. Hover the mouse over the station.
3. The sidebar and the minimap will now be widened until you quit the game.

This may seem easily avoidable (Don't give your train stops long names), until you get a locomotive or lab with a ridiculously long name, such as - "Diesel Locomotive Shawn 'Vhargon' Norton of VahrGames".

Thank you for the notice, it has been fixed for 0.10.11.

The side bar can still get bigger, but it will not be permanent.
