[Rseding91] [0.17.59] Editing ore in editor on mp causes desyncs

I had added some oil patches, while in /editor, and everyone except myself desynced, one of the players sent me the desync zip.

Using heavy-mode indeed there are some issues with editor:
- when placing oil patches
- when placing or removing ores
- when changing editor's spray from square to circle

Thanks for the report. It's now fixed for the next version of 0.17.
