MOD Portal Bug

Small bug on the MOD portal, when you reply to a thread, if you adjust the reply window size, you can drag the window off to the right and out of bounds as it were. The part of the window you grab to adjust the size vanishes, and word wrapping gets messed up visually, with words cut in half / off screen. But you can still jump to the end or start of the line to see what you wrote.

edit: the bit you grab to resize the window, drag it out of bounds to the right, then let go of the button, and it messes up then.
