[0.17.59] Car turret shadow rotates in wrong direction

[0.17.59] Car turret shadow rotates in wrong direction

The car's turret and the turret's shadow rotate in opposite directions.
To reproduce: Place a car and point it up and to the right. Then move forward while slightly turning left and right. Part of the shadow will rotate clockwise when the car (and its turret) rotate counter-clockwise, and vice versa.
