[0.9.8] Linux Not Loading

OS: Ubuntu 13.10
Game:0.9.8 X64 Fresh Install
Mods: None

I run the factorio app and It loads about 5% and doesn't do anything else. No errors on the console.
I checked permissions to make sure everything was owned by my user.

Is there anything I can try?

Hello, do you have dedicated video card? If so, how much memory it has?

I do and it has 640 MB of memorey. I also have the NVIDIA driver installed.

Hello, could you please try it in 0.10.9 version?

If it happens, could you try to run the game in gdb, and when it freezes, you could make the core dump and send it to us?
