"mod" tag akin to the "bp" tag, and the beloved discord robot

G'day. I hope this is not a duplicate, but the only thing I could find was not really a match for my request.

It would be nice if the forums supported a "mod" tag the way that the "bp" tag is available, and which provided similar function to the >>bot<< on the discord: for an exact match, provide a nice link and perhaps summary from the mod portal. for an inexact match provide some indexing.

Bonus points for taking a mod portal URL and just doing the exact match deal, since sometimes the "exact match" string is also a substring of other mods that extend it or whatever.

I ask, as I find myself very frequently writing out a URL tag and manually typing the name of the mod as display text. It would be nice to have that a bit smarter.
