[posila] [0.17.56] Error when enabling blueprint sync w/o the file

What did you do? Enable blueprint sync on a new steam install of factorio.

What happened? Game crashed with error message.

What did you expect to happen instead? Blueprint sync to be enabled and not crash.

Happens every time when enabling blueprint sync without the blueprint file existing.
