I feel like the modifier in that technology makes no sense.
It puts the player behind in terms of machinegun damage.
The same goes for the flamethrower damage research..
The laser damage research doesn't have such a modifier, so it feels very inconsistent.
If i make a mod that increases all turret damage modifiers, the laser turrets get an insane boosts while for other turrets, it's as if i had just increased the ammo damage (because that has very high modifiers, so a 10% improvement just results in 2% more damage, while the laser turrets just get plain 10%)
