[0.17.53] F5 (debug) view hide-mod-guis flag does not function for debug tab

[IronCartographer]

1. Press F5
2. Press F4
3. Select player force
4. Select debug tab
5. Set hide-mod-guis

The last step does nothing.

The flag does work under the always tab, but it's impossible to use the flag independently for debug view only. I expected to be able to toggle it with F5 by enabling it under the debug options, not having to change it in the always tab!

Ok, It's now fixed for the next version of 0.17.
