[0.17.52][Windows][Steam] Verbose logging still present in log file when setting turned off

As Title

With Verbose logging off, items with a Verbose heading still appear in the factorio-current.log
Attached is a minimal log (pre loading a save); if I was to load the save, my BP library also gets printed to the log, in a single line.
