[0.17.52] One Map Exchange String Makes Different Maps

Today I noticed that the map a single exchange string generates has changed between [0.17.50] and [0.17.52]. It is similar, but a giant copper patch that I used in my factory is now gone! I use this string for speed running and so I replay this map multiple times a week. I didn't see anything about map generation in the patch notes, so I figured I would report this as a bug. Attached I have a screenshot of a factory from [0.17.50] and a new game of [0.17.52].

If I load an old save of the map that was generated using [0.17.50], the copper patch is still there.
