[0.16.51] API Documentation Log function and Serpent class

Klonan advised me about the availability of the log() function and serpent class in the Factorio LUA API.

Assuming these are an official part of the interface and so won't just disappear randomly could they be added to the API documentation.
I believe they should be listed at the top of this page with the other "global objects" on page: https://lua-api.factorio.com/0.16.51/index.html
