last update 0.17.51 and 0.17.52 not working

During the files extraction it stuck ond the sand decal files (all files). Then the installation stop or I have to ignore all the files.

sand decal are on: program files/Factorio/data/base/graphics/decorative/sand-dune decal

Also the 0.17.52 not working either because when we go to the .exe page to download it we got an error 404.

The zip package is an empty file.

I reinstall the 0.17.50 version but it is only in english. I select français before the installation but the game still in english.

I am also getting an error trying to download from the website. The download mysteriously fails after 10-20MB and is not resumable. I have slow internet 60KB's (600Kbps) so it may be a timeout issue, but it should be resumable.
