[0.16.51] Very high latency in every server

Hi,

A friend and I are trying to play together but no matter how we do it we get pretty bad lag. When one of us hosts the other lags, and when we try a dedicated server we both lag. We're both fairly close to each other in the US. 10 tick latency is the lowest I've had, but it's usually 20 tick or more, is that normal?

I have 200 down/10 up, and my pc has 1080ti, 8700k, 16gb ram. I'm running factorio version 16.51. I've looked through basically every other post about this but nothing has helped. I've bought a dedicated server and made one with google cloud platform but both have high latency. Also the save file is newly generated every time, but I can still attach a specific one if needed. When I ping my google cloud server IP the average is 31ms. Any help would be much appreciated! Also apologies if this belongs in a different section.

Thanks for the report however this isn't a big. 10-20 tick latency is normal and is perfectly playable due to latency hiding.
