Crafting Issue

**I'm running the latest release**

While crafting regular turrets in my inventory, they were not updating in my toolbelt as they were being crafted. I had to craft an extra one to get my toolbelt to update with the one I crafted earlier. I started to craft another one and then stopped it before it completed. This fixed the issue. Have not been able to get the issue to come back.
