[0.16.51] [0.17.48] Users Cannot Connect to Headless Server

The error is: "Could not establish a network connection with the server" I believe.

For some reason I am unable to get a Factorio server going. I have a dedicated server running debian and users are not able to connect. I am able to connect. The server has attempted to be ran on both the latest version (0.16.51) and the latest experimental version (0.17.48). I have the correct ports forwarded using UFW I did 'ufw allow 34197/udp' and 'ufw allow 34197'. This did not help. I tried turning off ufw. This did not help. I am still able to connect to the server but no one else is. I have gone through 3 fresh installs of the server, nothing. The only configuration I have done is creating a save and editing the server-settings.json file to have my username, a server name, a server description, tags, and my login token.

I have exhausted all possibilities, I can only think that there is some issue with the server software or something is wrong with my configuration (I don't see how).

Update:
My host is OVH, so I do not see what issue they would be causing, but this is either a Factorio issue or an OVH issue. I tried a fresh install of ubuntu and still only I am able to connect, no one else is able to.

You can close this. We got it working. For future reference to any OVH users, OVH game dedicated servers have a firewall that blocks UDP traffic and you need to add an exception for port 34197 (or whatever UDP port you are using).

Hopefully this helps fix any issues future people run into, because this was a huge headache.
