Yellow inserters cannot pick up from red underground belt entrances.

However, they can pick up from yellow underground belt entrances, as well as from red belts.


This video demonstrates the bug as you can see from the second belt from the left.

Thanks for the report however that's not a bug. The item(s) move too fast on the red underground belt and enter the underground portion before the inserter can grab them.
