[0.17.46] [modded] Crash when entering a train with construction bots holding items following after deconstructing

Had a crash when entering a traincar i just placed (to test tracks) and filled with 1 stack of coal. Had construction bots, holding items after deconstructing, following me.

could replicate the error, as soon as a bot tryed entering a train it crashed. Loaded the last autosave, made a deconstruction order, placed a traincar and some fuel and started driving, as soon as a bot came above the train, it crashed.
