[0.17.45] Glitched Gui when returning to game after break

I play on a Macbook air, and commonly close the lid of the laptop to put the computer to sleep. However when returning to the game (Normally after more than an hour,) the gui is weird and not normal. This affects all gui's in the game, including the main menu, and is only fixed by restarting the game. Game is still playable but it can be hard to remember what button does what as, well, everything is weird.
This normally happens when I close the lid and open it again the next day. I play with mods but only a few and nothing that messes with the gui.

Putting the machine in a power save mode with the game running is not supported, you need to save and exit the game. NaB.
