[Oxyd] [0.17.34][Linux] Freeze when changing mod settings and restarting factorio

I updated a bunch of mods and installed one new one, Smarter Trains, and then hit 'confirm' in the mod window. Factorio then froze. Had to kill -9 it (Debian testing). Attached the log.

It is related to the logic of waiting until child process that saves the game game in unblocking way finishes its stuff, but it got stuck somehow.
