Steam Turbines not working : (

Some of my turbines are working: left ones but not the right ones
I checked the steam 200/200, the water 199/200 and the heat 500+
Can someone help me please ?

The left two substations aren't connected to the electric network.

Also: Put the reactors next to each other: they produce double power.

Also, while this works at this scale, there is a limit to the length of heatpipes. Eventually they stop transferring heat properly. And this distance somehow gets shorter the more power you have (heat works kind of like a fluid and you have similar effects there)
