During my long play sessions I've occasionally noticed some minor rendering bugs.
They don't interfere with my play experience whatsoever, but I thought it might be helpful to document them. :>
Here's a small collection of the ones I've seen.

I've noticed some issues like this too.
More information may be required, such as GUI scale.

Re: [0.17.41] Some minor rendering bugs
Thanks for the reports.
The one that I was not aware of is the flickering black lines in map view: https://gyazo.com/734d6c2f345a0d3a3bce3ea6bea38a7d
Some time ago, we have fixed problem with map tiles not tiling properly, so this is surprise to me. Do you know on what coordinates from start this happens? (And what is your screen resolution? What OS do you use? What GPU do you have and what is your driver version?)
I don't know why items on belts flicker, though. They are drawn with trilinear filtering so they should be very smooth (maybe even little bit blurry), and shouldn't suffer from aliasing artifacts usual for sprites drawn with point filtering. Someday, I'll try to figure it out. Today is not that day, though.

It happens at various locations approximately 10km east of the spawn - I'll go find some exact coordinates shortly and update my post.
My screen resolution is 1920x1080. I run Windows 7. I have an Nvidia GTX 680 running driver version 25.21.14.1771 which was released on 11/01/2019.
I'm afraid I also spotted another one today.. this one looks quite funny imho :D

Update regarding the black line: https://gyazo.com/734d6c2f345a0d3a3bce3ea6bea38a7d
The location of the line in this gif is roughly X=13800.0
However, I cannot reproduce this bug any more. Perhaps it was resolved by some other change since it was first recorded, or it could be my screwy hardware.

Re: [0.17.41] Some minor rendering bugs
I'm now using a brand new computer, with all new components (except for the SSD which I reused from the old PC). Also running Factorio 0.17.53 now.posila wrote: ↑Thu Jun 20, 2019 2:28 pmThe one that I was not aware of is the flickering black lines in map view: https://gyazo.com/734d6c2f345a0d3a3bce3ea6bea38a7d

My new machine has a GTX 1660 for the GPU, and I'm running 2 monitors both at 1920x1080. I'm now running Windows 10 (previously was Win7). I still see the black line at certain zoom levels. I saw one just now at coordinates X=13688.0
Re: [0.17.41] Some minor rendering bugs
Thanks for the additional info, I'll look into the map tiling issue sometime.
