[0.9.8] punctuation in keybinding

Hi!

This is a little problem that user of non-qwerty/azerty keyboard users risk being affected by:

when I configure my keybinding scheme, using the punctuation keys works, but the menus/tips show "key73", or other numbers instead of the actual key.



(what has been done is switching the standard qwerty config to my native dvorak one)

I'm using qwertz keyboard and I have this issue sometimes.
