Misleading message from Mod browser when dependency is too old

Remove all Factorio mods. (I recommend renaming the mods folder.)
Install Angel's Refining, version 0.10.2, from the mod portal.
Start Factorio and open the in-game mod browser.
Search for and select Angel's Petro Chemical Processing.
Hover over the red text saying "angelsrefining".
Observed: The tooltip will say "This mod is incompatible with these mods."
Expected: The tooltip should instead say "This mod requires an updated version of these mods."


I first encountered this with Space Exploration Graphics 0.1.37 and Space Exploration HR Graphics 0.1.38. The tooltip made me think that Space Exploration HR Graphics 0.1.38 reported that it was incompatible with Space Exploration Graphics, which is quite reasonable, but then I was quite confused when installing Space Exploration HR Graphics required me to update a mod it was not compatible with.
I didn't want to start the repro with "Install this 200 MB mod", though. I wish I could have found something smaller than Angel's Refining, but I didn't quickly find anything smaller that would work.

Thanks for the report however the tooltip is correct: it's not an "outdated mod" issue: the dependency has no relation to a mod being out of date - it simply is not compatible with the given mod + version and states so.
