[0.17.36] whole screen flickering on broader zoom rate

hi

I'm pretty new to factorio, I enjoy it and I like it so much.
But there's a problem.

also shows same problem on latest official release (0.16)
I never played 0.17 version.
I just installed 0.17 for looking for a walkaround.

flickering is getting worse as game is progressed.

Don't know how to reproduce exactly but it appears at broader zoom rate.
and also worse when screen is panning up and down directions.
it occurs zoomrate at 0.552 (first line info from f5 key)

video is taken with computer1 + monitor

computer1+monitor and computer2+monitor both combination shows same white mesh like flashing flickering

windows 10 x64 / i7-4770@3.4ghz / 24gb ram / nvidia geforce gtx1060 3gb
computer2
windows 10 x64 / i7-4710hq@2.5ghz / 8gb ram / intel(r) hd graphics 4600 + nvidia geforce gt 750M

monitor S32D850T
resolution 2560x1440(32bit)@59Hz,

might suspect monitor problem(I also did) but i didn't see similiar experience before.


please tell me if i didn't meet minimum to report bug or more infos.

vsync option on/off does not affects.
--force-opengl options does not affects. (not sure applied on game. is there anyway to see applied options on running game?)

it is not a factorio problem, it is my monitors problem.

there's a option on monitor about enhancing responsiveness,
it was set as enhanced, and i turned off as normal.



each version show flickering different zoomrate
0.17 shows flickering zoomrate 0.5
0.16 shows flickering zoomrate 0.552

so I suspect some kind of pixelwise processing cause problem.

it would be a record of a few hour derpy trial and error
