[0.16-1.1] Diplomacy

Description [OUTDATED]
Adds modified version of diplomacy, diplomatic requests, commands needful, auto-diplomacy, customizable protection from theft of electricity and customized settings balance, integration with chat mod. Compatible with any PvP scenario. UPS friendly.

I recommend using with mods: secondary chat as it is possible write to allies;
Tiny pole if the protection from theft of electricity disabled;
Is it difficult to find enemy players? Use Dirty talk;
For balance evolution factor between teams Soft evolution;
Transfer of entities - useful when many teams;
For a custom "PvP" scenario Pack scenarios TvT scenarios.

Auto-diplomacy

1) I heard more than once request to add possibility creating a new team.
  • I can do it, but I want thoroughly to consider it.
    1.1) Maybe will it a new mod?
    1.2) What settings are needed for creating a new team?
    1.3) What do you expect when creating the team?
    1.4) Where will be a interface of the creating teams?
    1.5) Do you need new commands? What kind of commands?
2) Do you need to change style of the Diplomacy?

3) Clicking on a name of a team will open a new interface to view relationships with other teams? What else?

4) Do you need just a list of teams? Maybe through the list you can join and see more information?

5) Do you need new interactions with other mods? What kind of the interactions? What are interactions for?

6) About diplomatic request queue. Just top button and contain count of diplomatic request. When click the button will be created a list (Who - What. e.q. Team A - ally) with buttons ☑☒.
  • 6.1) I can to create icons instead of "ally/neutral/enemy", then the interface will be smaller. Is it enough?
7) Faction menu. It is so big space for interactions... Where is the menu? The menu can contain name of faction, leader(s), polls, description(s), roles, bonuses, type of the faction (for example), victories, history, blueprints, permissions, reputations and...
  • 7.1) Interactions with factions via "Discord" will be **very much interesting** for me. But for it need a help other mod creators for interactions. (I have a experience with JavaScript.) :)
8) Auto diplomacy. Although maybe I don't tell so much about it, but what need to add else?

9) Territory map of Factions. I imagine that factions with their color are drawn on the map.

10) Notifications about attacks via Discord. It's possible and for it can help FactorioMaps, YouGotMail, a mod for capturing a territory (I don't remember name) + Clusterio ^^

This is a great mod! Works perfectly but haven't really had the chance to use it. We're about to fire up a v17 multiteam map, maybe with Biter Factions and Will o Wisp, that hopefully will really lean on this. Edit: non-player forces dont show up on the GUI, any way to add?

For the GUI my favorite diplomacy screen is just each faction along the top and along the left side, and a scroll/sword/whatever at the two intersections. Dunno if i can post a dropbox link but example: https://www.dropbox.com/s/pezaispqr86b9 ... n.png?dl=0. Also, I just create teams in console, I only need to be able to name the force, drag players into it, set the spawn location and the diplomatic relations with everyone else.

Anyway, just my 2 cents on this. Thanks for your work and your v17 update.

Yes, there is "Show all factions" parameter in the mod settings. The parameter should display all factions in the GUI even if there are no players in a faction. However, I don't remember how the parameter will be working for players in a scenario PvP and they don't in a "team" in the PvP.

Wow. That user interface is simple for player interactions. Probably with that user interface will be with same UPS or worse...

I have new ideas and ways for diplomacy using new chat for interactions. But I can't allocate more time now.

Если не выпущу исправления сегодняшним днём, то попробуйте использовать Factorio 0.17.34 c viewtopic.php?f=190&t=64625 (в теории, часть функций будут доступны через тот мод).

If I do not release fixes today, then try to use Factorio 0.17.34 with viewtopic.php?f=190&t=64625 (in theory, some functions will be available through that mod).

Дипломатия на 17.35 стала работать. Но расширенный чат не работает.

Please add an option to disable the "HP of rocket silo" and "count science pack" changes. Checkbox is best, but setting to zero works too. Thanks!
