[0.16.51] Game de-sync's upon connecting and disconnects

Hey, me and my friend were wanting to play some Factorio (duh) and i tried to join his public game and it joined, but as soon as it did, it said it de-sync'd and force reconnected. Once it reconnected, the same thing happened.
